The entrance hall leads to a gracefully furnished lounge and dining area where wide picture windows collect an abundance of natural light. The attractive, custom-built gourmet kitchen is modern and functional, features Gaggenau appliances set flush against the walls and polished granite counters. The villa has two American style fridgesfreezers with filtered water and icemaker. A dining room, with a table and seats up to 10 people, connects the living room and kitchen and also leads to the barbeque area with beautiful views over the Quinta do Lago estate. The separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds with adjacent bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom four is the master bedroom and is very spacious and the en-suite bathroom features an all-glass shower box (wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair) and twin vanity sink units, plus a bathtub, a separate dressing area also a private terrace. Bedroom five is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony.
