This beautifully refurbished colonial home consists of two buildings; one - the main house has 4 bedrooms, & the other - by the pool - has 2 bedrooms.
The main house which has one master suite, two doubles and a twin is situated beyond the centrally located swimming pool and has a garden facing terrace, sitting room, dining room and open plan kitchen. The pool house sleeps four in two double en suite bedrooms.
Entering the villa you first come to the Pool House with a covered terrace overlooking the pool. Both bedrooms have en suite indoor / outdoor bathrooms with walk in showers. The interiors are consistent throughout; clean fresh white walls and a lovely pastel green for the door and window frames.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
