What’s Kraken is an adorable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with a well thought out floor plan that will leave you and your guests comfortable.
As you walk in you have an open floor plan with a sliding glass door that offers beautiful ocean views! Beach access is only 1 block away and you are free to use the unit’s beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, skim board, a bocci ball set, and other various beach toys. After a fun day in the sand you can take a short walk back and rinse off using the outdoor shower. Two covered parking spaces are included with the unit that allow easy access from the stairs. Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access and a picnic/grilling area.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
