"Yirrip" is Wadawurrung for ironbark trees, and the acre property is abundant with native plants and ironbark trees. This 2-storey renovated house has a history as it was built after one of Australia’s worst fires, the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires, occured. After that, it served as a home for two families before being renovated as a vacation rental.

This huge and impressive house has a cathedral roofline, floor-to-ceiling windows, ample parking, relaxing multiple living rooms, an upscale dining and kitchen with modern amenities and appliances, lovely decks, balcony, and so much more. It also has Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and multiple TVs. The house has 5 spacious, comfy bedrooms that accommodate up to 10 guests. Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
