It’s truly everything we want in a beach house. It is our go-to for a holiday with friends or our family of teenage children and dog in tow.
The dog loves the winding path around the tennis court set on an acre of native gardens but he barks and runs around the tennis court when we play wanting to be involved.
The rear garden is where we relax in the 10 people swim spa, always with a glass of wine in hand listening to the rustle of the trees...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
