The Helm is located at the western end of picturesque Shoal Bay Beach just cross the grassy reserve and you are on the beach! Soft white sand, gentle waves lapping at the shore and stunning vistas as far as the eye can see await you. In this fantastic coastal location, you are also only 500m from family friendly Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics and BBQ’s or 1km to Shoal Bay’s shops, cafes and restaurants. And, Nelson Bay Cbd is just a few minutes by car for boutique shopping, more restaurants and cafes and the marina, where dolphin watch cruises depart daily.
This gorgeous, renovated apartment on the first floor provides a wonderful base for your relaxing seaside break. The north-facing balcony overlooks the leafy reserve, through to the sparkling turquoise waters that Port Stephens is known for. Sit out in the salty air, cook up a fresh seafood feast on the electric BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining with beautiful views. A wall of glass means natural light floods the air-conditioned, open living room and you can also enjoy the view from indoors while relaxing on the plush couch watching the 43" Smart Tv with Nbn Wifi and Ddv player, dining at the 6-seater table or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave and full size fridge. Child proof screens allow the windows to fully open safely so the fresh sea breeze and the calming sound of the waves filter through the apartment, complementing the charming coastal décor.
