Located directly on Baie Rouge Beach, this Saint Martin villa rental is a gorgeous mix of contemporary styling and Caribbean relaxation. Carisa is a fully air-conditioned villa, and has a separate media room with a 60 inch Plasma TV and top quality THX audio system both for watching DVDs (you’ll swear you are in the theatre) or listening to CDs. You can play music out to the open Gazebo, the pool area, or even listen to it in the raised heated Jacuzzi.
Bedrooms feature high-end plush mattresses, triple shower-heads, Popup plasma TVs, separate DVD players, and finally remote control roman shades on the windows. This means, you press a button, and the drapes go up and the view of the ocean comes pouring in. Can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
