This comfortable townhouse is located in a small complex that features direct access to a sandy beach. Well-positioned within this private enclave of townhouses for privacy.
The perfect escape from the routine: read a book on the beachfront patio soaking up the sunshine, throw a line out to see what you can catch (and maybe cook up for dinner), hire a paddle board and explore the canal, or simply chill out.
Take a walk to Hastings Street (20 minutes flat) and experience the cafes and restaurants as well as the best of shopping and Noosa Main Beach. And for your everyday needs, a convenience store and the bus stop are only meters away.
This stunning two level waterfront townhouse in a secure gated complex will tick all your boxes for a great Noosa holiday.
Downstairs you find the living area, kitchen, laundry facilities and a small bathroom as well as the outdoor patio to access the beach with an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cook-top, under-bench oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and more.
The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom provides a King bed and an ensuite and features a cute ’Juliette’ balcony overlooking the waterfront. The second bedroom offers two king single beds, (this two beds can be joint together to make a King upon request) and another ensuite.
Upstairs has ducted air conditioning -cooling only.
The lock up garage is not available for guests but the allocated carpot is provided with EV charger.
Free WiFi is provided.
Enjoy the sandy beach front accessed by just a few steps from the waterfront patio which also features a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining.
There is also a pool in the complex.
Boat ramp is available for guest use to launch your boat. Please note - the on site jetty is a private jetty and is NOT for the use of guests.

Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that ’check out’ is no later than 10.00am and ’check in’ is not before 3.00 pm.
