Villa Benka is a true Istrian villa with pool, large garden and fruit trees. The combination of the old and traditional mix with the new design makes it all very special. It consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen and the central area of the ground floor, living room on one side and on the other side of the kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, small bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is large with a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath, with the exit to the terrace / garden. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. The living room / kitchen has a large terrace with outdoor kitchen and a large table for al fresco lunches or dinners. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
