Design-Villa Benka is situated in Pinezici in centra Istria, Tinjan region. It is a true Istrian villa with large pool and garden full of fruit trees. The combination of the old and new design makes it unique. It consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, one large bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath , smaller double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. The large bedroom overlooks the garden. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, sharing a bathroom with shower. The living are downstairs opens to the large terrace with outdoor kitchen and a large table perfect for al fresco lunches or dinners. The sauna and additional living space at the side with billiards, football, large table and chairs are additional features of the villa which makes it special and unique. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
