This is where you will find yourself nestled high within the treetops in this lovely two-bedroom unit complete with ocean views in Ronald Avenue, Shoal Bay.
Enjoy the ocean views throughout the day, and memorizing sunsets by night, from the open plan kitchen, living and dining area through to the outdoor alfresco area on the balcony.
This apartment is set to appeal to everyone, at any age, at any time of the day or any time of the year. This is where you can enjoy visits by a range of visiting birdlife, throughout the day, enjoy the natural sea breeze (there is no need for air-conditioning in this unit) and shade from the beautiful treetop canopies outside the glass windows, in every room of this property. The beauty of the tall tree tops that envelope the rear of the property and immerse yourself within the tree canopies, whilst enjoying filtered water views, at the front of the property, from what seems to be your very own tree house.
There is less than a 10-minute walk down to the waterfront at the renowned Shoal Bay beach, shops, cafes, the Country Club Hotel, and restaurants.
The apartment building backs onto the National Park where you can take bushwalks to a range of beaches, including Zenith beach, and Box Beach in one direction and Wreck Beach in the other. Also, a short walk to the base of Mount Tomaree or Stephens Peak. Whilst at the front of the property take a 5-minute walk to the water’s edge at Shoal Bay beach, and a short drive to the various other beaches surrounding the peninsula.
The apartment has a modern recently renovated kitchen which is fully equipped with utensils, pots, and pans and for entertainment enjoy the complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi, smart tv with inbuilt apps including (ABC iView, Prime, YouTube) as well as standard free-to-air channels. You can also watch DVDs and CDs, a range of which are provided.
There are two bedrooms, both have a queen-size bed. There is also a decent sized modern bathroom with walk in shower, and inbuilt laundry/washing machine for your full use during your stay.
There a dedicated parking space for unit 4 at the top of the driveway at number 75, (rear of the front house). This space is available for use after 14 December 2022, on street free parking is available prior to that date.
