Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- We ask that you please leave the home in the same condition as it was when you arrived. If any issues arise, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
- Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed, we live in a small rural community and experience frequent outages. * NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED FOR WIFI PROBLEMS*
- We live in beautiful, wild, Colorado. Please pack a jacket, expect the unexpected, should you visit during our winter months expect snow! Expect to play in it, drive in it, walk in it and fall in it. Please ensure the vehicle you have chosen to guide you in your journey has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be permitted for weather conditions that are wildly outside the control of any human.
- We also live at altitude, drink plenty of water, ensure you eat something even if you don't feel like it. Altitude sickness is very real and very not fun. DRINK WATER.
