As you walk in, you will find a large, open-plan living room and dining area with seating for 8 persons. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a breakfast bar with extra seating for 4 persons. You will also find all four bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and double bed and the remaining three bedrooms all have two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is a guest bathroom too with a bathtub, overhead shower and Wc.
