Argaka Athina is located in a quiet cul de sac overlooking the coastline of Argaka and is a wonderful choice for Cypriot holiday. The villa is light and bright and has a "beach chic" vibe about it. The lounge and dining area are open plan leading to the well-equipped kitchen. There is Air Conditioning throughout and the pastel colour palette make it a relaxing space. The 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor have the advantage of all having access to balcony as well as their own en suite bathroom. The exterior has a larger than average pool with great sea views. There is a gazebo with dining facilities and a built in BBQ perfect for Al fresco dining. Argaka offers a small selection of coastal tavernas, as well as an excellent bakery and small mini market, while the town of Polis offers a wider choice of facilities and is just a ten minute drive away. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
