With polished timber floors throughout, the open plan living area flows seamlessly onto the decks surrounding the house making it ideal for relaxation and entertaining. Spend your days out exploring or lazing on the beach, then head back home and rinse off in the outside shower before a nice relaxing soak in the freestanding bath. Cook up a BBQ and dine alfresco on the large deck while the kids run around on the extensive wide open grass area - it’s just as you imagine your dream family holiday to be. In the cooler months, take advantage of firepit to stay outdoors in the evening or load up the combustion wood fireplace with firewood from the back shed and enjoy cosy nights in with the family.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
