We are proud to introduce this amazing Penthouse called Yara located in Fuengirola. This beautiful penthouse was built recently, is modernly decorated, very spacious and has a large terrace with beautiful views of nature and the sea. There is also a large and professional BBQ on the terrace.
The urbanisation has a large shared pool with children’s pool, where you can swim all year round for free. There are two free private parking spaces available when you book this penthouse.
Against payment, you can use the great facilities offered by Hotel Higuerón West such as: the spacious and clean gym, the spa to relax, the children’s area and the fun sports courts of squash, tennis and paddle.
Attention: If not a family holiday, the minimum required age of guests is 30. There can be building noise outside, please consult us.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Late Check-In after 19:00: 50 EUR per booking.
- Baby high chair: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
