The Ridgeland Trendy Tudor is an adorable renovated craftsman on the East side of Chattanooga. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps up to 12 and brings together vintage and modern elements to make you feel right at home! Here, you’re a 5 min drive to Overlook park, 10 mins to the Chattanooga Zoo and downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium and endless shopping and dining experiences. We would love to host you in our home!
The Space:
You’ll enter the home through the front door with a code that will be provided to you at check-in. Walk left from the foyer and you will be in the main living space. The living room features two sleeper sofas and the original fireplace (Not for use). On your right is the dining room with a table for 6! Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen; ready for all your cooking needs! The laundry room is off the kitchen...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
