Our newly renovated four-bedroom three-bathroom home is not only cute and cozy, but it’s also located right in the heart of Capitol Heights, giving you access to the best Montgomery has to offer! With Downtown being less than 3 miles away, guests will have easy access to all the memorials and museums, dining, shopping, and nightlife!
The Space:
Welcome to our Capitol Heights home! Guests will have to navigate a small flight of stairs leading to our quaint covered front porch and cheery front door. Once inside, our open-concept living/kitchen allows families and friends to spend quality time together. Whether you are relaxing in our cozy living room, streaming your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV complete with Roku, or cooking up your favorite home-cooked meals in our newly updated full kitchen, we know you will feel right at home.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
