Welcome to the Dew Drop Inn! Our traditional style, two story home boasts three cozy bedrooms on the upper level. Including a beautiful master suite with a private bathroom! With 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, designated workspace, and a fully fenced back yard, you will feel right "at home" in our home. It is a great location to get out of the bustling city of Columbia yet still enjoy all of its amenities! Midtown, the Zoo, and the University are all only 25-30 minutes away!

Once inside, the home’s main level provides you with all the space your family will need to settle in! A large family room with plenty of seating options as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa is a great place to settle in and stream your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV, complete with Roku. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed.
