Welcome to your Midtown Vernon River home away from home just minutes to downtown Savannah! Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with access to community boat ramp and dock, and sleeping space for 10, is wonderful for families and friends alike. The large fenced yard is perfect for kids or pets to play, and the ping pong table means there’s fun to be had even on a rainy day! With close proximity to downtown Savannah, you’ll find so many things to do.
The Space:
Upon opening the emerald green door, you will find yourself in the cozy living space, complete with a 50" TV with Roku, and two sleeper sofas! To the left you will find the dining room with space for 6. Beyond that is the rec room with a ping pong table for all your best family competitions! Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
