Downstairs, the villa has a large and modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living room has a widescreen TV with satellite, the dining area has seating for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) is also available. There is also a W/C on the ground floor. Upstairs has three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a stand in shower and W/C. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
