Not only does this fully remodeled home come with all the amenities and comforts of home, this first home also offers an awesome front porch, from which you can actually see the gates of McCallie School! 5 mins to Chattanooga Zoo, 10 mins to the Tennessee Aquarium and 15 mins to Ruby Falls. There are so many activities our city has to offer, you’ll never run out of things to do and see! We hope to host you!

You’ll enter the home through the front door with a code that will be provided to you at check-in. Once inside, you’ll see the cozy living room with a large smart TV and a couch with a queen-pullout couch. Past the living room is the kitchen and dining area. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
