The island is 62,500 m2 with a 1,200 foot perimeter. The buildings on the island are separated into distinct areas, namely: The outbuildings: a 120m2 caretaker’s house and a boathouse. This area also where the solar panels used to provide the independent eclectic supply to the island are situated. The main house: living room, 2 additional rooms, a dining room and kitchen surrounded by a wooden deck. The 4 bungalows: Each bungalow serves as a private suite with a bedroom and bathroom and stunning views over the ocean. The bungalows share a common bar and seating area, 347m2 and are surrounded by a large deck from which you can dive into the sea. Covered outdoor dining area: there is also a covered area with a large built barbeque surrounded by a landscaped lawn with palm trees and sun loungers. This lawn leads to a natural freshwater pool carved in stone by the sea. There is also a Deck connecting the main house and the bungalows which also links the helipad and the docking area for boats. The Island has its own fresh water supply and Electricity supplied by Solar panels and a back up generator. The water supply system has three power Sisterna main natural springs and that other deposits that accumulate 70,000 liters. The space is ideally located in Angra dos Reis.
