Neutral Ground (formerly Sea Spot) is a nicely furnished beach house on the canal, a very attractive waterfront 3 bedroom home. This waterfront home is on a boat-canal, yet a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico beach, or also the Bay. It also enjoys a partial Bay view. The waterfront deck has seating at a table with Sunbrella for enjoying a scenic meal, and there are comfortable cushioned chairs and a sofa to further relax and enjoy the views. Underneath the house is additional space to enjoy the Island life, including shaded hammocks, a boat dock, and slip, kayaks are available to rent on the island, and an outdoor shower to rinse off and cool down after an Island excursion. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, with all new furnishings and decorations, including area artwork that really adds to the Island decor. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
- 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
