Just arriving at this villa and seeing the magnificent views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy the holiday of a villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breathtaking a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.
The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.
Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite Tv, a Dvd player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.
Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees.

Stunning scenery and fantastic sea views are the surroundings offered for visitors to this area of Latchi. The resort beaches, harbour and restaurants are less than 5 minutes drive away and the town of Polis with a further selection of restaurants and shops is 10 minutes away.
The charming resort of Latchi is a picturesque fishing village, well-known for its cozy harbour-side restaurants and crowd-free beaches. Popular with both tourists and locals, the area offers visitors a chance to enjoy some of the best scenery on the island.
The resort lies on the North West coast of Cyprus, between Polis and the scenic Akamas National Park. Another recommended activity whilst in Latchi is to take a trip on one of the many boat cruises that leave from the harbour daily. Enjoy the view as you sail along the beautiful coastline to the Blue Lagoon, a large bay with crystal clear waters, which is a snorkeler’s paradise.

Distance from airport to the villa is 45 minutes you can rent a car or order a taxi for your transportation. The car is essential.
