Situated over three levels, the open-plan kitchen and living are located on the top level to capture the best possible lake and mountain views. In winter a gas fireplace keeps everyone cosy, along with central heating throughout. Also on this level is a Queen sized bedroom and sumptuous bathroom. Glass sliding doors lead you out onto the private balcony area with a hot tub to relax and enjoy after a day full of activities. On the mid-level are another three bedrooms, the master features an ensuite and the family bathroom services the other two bedrooms. An ideal location midway beetween central Queenstown and Frankton ensures convenience and the best of both worlds.
