Situated over three levels, the open plan kitchen and living are situated on the top level to capture the best possible lake and mountain views. In winter a gas fireplace keeps everyone cosy, along with central heating throughout. Also on this level is a Queen sized bedroom and sumptuous bathroom. Glass sliding doors lead you out on to the private balcony area with a hot tub to relax and enjoy after a day full of activities.
On the mid-level are another two bedrooms serviced by their own sleek ensuites and laundry facilities.
An ideal location midway been central Queenstown and Frankton ensures convenience and the best of both worlds. Only a five-minute drive to the shops and supermarkets in Frankton, and the same to central Queenstown which is packed full of adventure tourism offering as well as world-class dining options and bars.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You are required to respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am
- Reservations are limited to persons over 25 years of age
- Special bedding configurations must be requested prior to your arrival
- No stag or hen parties permitted
