*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after Mid March). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.
Steps to community hot tub - *If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. They occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.
About a block or so to the free bus stop that takes you to and from gondola/base area skiing, town, restaurants, pubs, shopping & More

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
