Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible slope views and plenty of natural light. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace on ample comfortable seating, take in the beautiful scenery and/or watch a game or movie on the flat screen TV. The living area includes a full kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is also a large dining table off the kitchen, comfortably seating 8, perfect for a family or group. There are barstools, perfect for dining, drinking, or setting up your remote office. The main level also has access to a deck with the amazing views of the slopes and outdoor furniture. It’s perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a powder room on this level and secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry. Also enjoy the fantastic mountain views from the master suite, which offers a king sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. It’s the only room on the upper level and is very private. The lower level has two bedrooms with flat screen tv’s and deck access. One has a queen bed and a twin bed and the other has three twin beds. There is a large full bathroom on the lower level in the hallway with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The lower level deck is slope side and also has a ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go! During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
