Storm Meadows Townhouse 22 is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat. Not much compares to being situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area.
Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible slope views and plenty of natural light. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace on ample comfortable seating, take in the beautiful scenery and/or watch a game or movie on the flat screen TV.
The living area includes a full kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is also a large dining table off the kitchen, comfortably seating 8, perfect for a family or group. There are barstools, perfect for dining, drinking, or setting up your remote office.
The main level also has access to a deck with the amazing views of the slopes and outdoor furniture. It’s perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a powder room on this level and secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry.
Also enjoy the fantastic mountain views from the master suite, which offers a king sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. It’s the only room on the upper level and is very private.
The lower level has two bedrooms with flat screen tv’s and deck access. One has a queen bed and a twin bed and the other has three twin beds. There is a large full bathroom on the lower level in the hallway with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.
There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The lower level deck is slope side and also has a ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado’s oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
