You are only a 1-2 minute walk away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility and outdoor tennis courts (Some amenities are seaonal). Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 10 is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat. Not much compares to being situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area.
Enter the remodeled property on the main level and into the open living area which features floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible slope views and plenty of natural light. It also offers ample comfortable seating on the new sofa. Sit back and relax, gather with friends and family by the electric fireplace, warm up and take in the beautiful scenery and/or watch a game or movie on the big screen TV.
The living area includes a full kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is also a brand new large dining table and chairs off the kitchen that comfortably seats 8, and is perfect for a family or group.
The main level also has access to a deck with the amazing views of the slopes, and outdoor furniture. It’s perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a powder room on this level, as well as the garage and covered parking space right in front of the entry.
Upstairs are the two en suites. The king en suite features a king sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The queen en suite features brand new everything including a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
There is a convenient small living area on this level that offers a desk. Combined with high speed Xfinity WiFi, this makes Townhouse 10 perfect for your remote working needs.
The lower level has two bedrooms with flat screen tv’s and deck access. One has a queen bed and the other has a twin over full sized bunk bed and another full bed. There is a full bathroom on the lower level in the hallway with a walk in shower. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The lower level deck is slope side and also has a ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
