This spacious 3 level, 4 bedroom, 4 bath end unit town home offers fantastic views of the slopes of Mt. Werner, Sleeping Giant & Emerald Mountain which makes this a fantastic vacation rental. It’s conveniently located between the mountain and downtown so it’s only a few miles away from both. This Eaglepointe Town Home will comfortably sleep 10 adults.
The top level features two suites. The king primary suite features a large closet, bathroom, jetted tub/shower combo and private balcony with amazing views. The queen suite offers a private bath with a walk in shower, large walk in closet and spectacular views.
The living area, kitchen and 3rd bedroom are on the main level. Relax and lounge by the fireplace in the living area on the comfortable sofas. There is a balcony off the main level with fantastic mountain views. This level also has a full bathroom with a tub shower combo and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything and more you’ll need to stay in and cook. The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 more seats at the kitchen counter. There’s an electric grill on the deck as well for cook outs!
The 4th bedroom is on the bottom level and you can sleep 5 with bunk beds (3), a day bed and trundle bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub shower combo right outside the bedroom.
There is a nice, open space right next to the property that includes a fire pit (spring, summer and fall only, requires a propane tank not provided).
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
