During Ski season, take the MOOver shuttle from your front door to the mountain and ski the private, groomed ski trail home! This cozy-yet-spacious chalet has all you need for a comfortable, enjoyable trip to beautiful Southern Vermont. The location offers both privacy and convenience with a free winter MOOver shuttle to/from Mount Snow Resort weekends and holidays, a Ski Home Trail, a clubhouse with pool table/ping pong/lounge/small fitness room, an outdoor community firepit and, during summer months, a heated outdoor pool (May-Oct).

*- AWD vehicle required to access the property in the winter
*- Guest must register on HOA website. HOA does not permit any pets. Sorry!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
