Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Refundable Security Deposit of €1,000 to be paid cash upon arrival. | Included in rental: disable access and disable bathroom; 3 hours weekly maid service; 2 cots; WiFi internet; bed linen and pool towels changed once per week; bath towels changed mis-weekly; welcome basket with breakfast items; water/ gas consumption; electricity consumption up to 200 kWh per week; private parking inside the property; final cleaning; use of sauna and jacuzzi. | Additional costs: electricity consumption and air conditioning above 200 kWh weekly charged at €0.40 per kWh. | Extras on request: additional maid service €15 per hour (min 4 hour); babysitting service: €10 per hour; welcome buffet: €20 per person (min €100); additional change of linen €10 per person; cook service: €25 per person (min €150) plus cost of receipts; tasting of typical products and wine tasting; parties and weddings €1,000 (max 60 guests); guided tours; 2 extra beds: €140 each per week; car/ boat/ bike rent; breakfast service €10 per person; shopping service €40 + receipts; airport transfer; beauty treatments.
