The home is equipped with 2 decks - one with an outdoor dining table, patio chairs, and bright lake views. There’s a warm living room for the family to watch sports, shows, or movies on the couch next to the fireplace. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.   If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. **** This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages. This home does not have air conditioning! Please note Outdoor furniture and full use of deck may not be available during winter months due to heavy snow! MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. Note: This is a non-smoking home. This means no smoking inside or outside of the home. You will be charged for extra clean up if smoke is smelled or cigarette butts are found. To smoke please do so off the property and dispose of your butts appropriately as we are on high fire alert year round. Thank you. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules. Note on Map Distances and Beaches: The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5–10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches. We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing’s notes section and is outside of our control. It has a two car parking deck! This home is only four miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, fourteen miles to Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area. Please note this property does not come with access to private beaches, punch cards or dock access. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area, This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. There are two master suites on the second floor with a king size bed in one and a queen sized bed in the other. On the third floor is three bedrooms - one with two twin soft sleeper and the second with a queen size bed and the final room has a king size bed. The sitting room on the second floor has a queen size sofa sleeper as well.
