This sizable and alluring home located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Carnelian Bay, is one you should not miss! While large enough to comfortably sleep 12 people, it’s also warm and inviting, and is a great place to come home to after a long day of skiing or hiking.
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.

The house shows a fireplace in the pictures. It is only for decoration purposes and not functioning.
The garage is not advertised as a part of the house! Please make sure that you are aware the garage is unusable.
Please note Outdoor furniture and full use of the deck may not be available during winter months due to heavy snow.
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property
immediately without any money returned.
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.
The house next door is also available to rent.

The upstairs has a master bedroom with full bath and a king size bed. Another bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin with a pullout trundle. There’s also another full bathroom for the kids! Downstairs there is another master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath, plus another bedroom with a twin over a full bunk bed and a twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a bath tub for the kids down there as well!
The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts you’d want during your stay, including all of the brand new, stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a gorgeous large wooden table with seating for 10 people.
There are decks on each levels of the house. The upper deck offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.
This house has only two (2) cars parking available on driveway. NO STREET PARKING FROM NOV 1- APRIL 30
The driveway is at an incline so we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle in the winter season.
This home does not have air conditioning!
