The classic Coconut Grove Bungalow style home has old world charm everywhere you look. Relax by the pool or in the garden, read a book, or just enjoy the peace in this bright and welcoming home located in Coconut Grove. There is a weekend farmers market nearby, botanical gardens, restaurants, shopping, a marina and more just minutes away.
The Space:
The home has 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. There are 2 work desks, a formal dining room and a formal TV room for your enjoyment. There is a pool and an outdoor shower.
LOCATION: The property is just a short 30-minute drive to Miami Beach and downtown Miami, 22 minutes from MIA (60 minutes from FLL) Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
