The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen and day bed, and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The spacious master bathroom features a double vanity area with a spa bath and a walk-in shower as well as access to two double closets. The guest bathroom has a full bath, and the entry area has a half bath. Both bedrooms and the living area offer a beautiful bay view with balcony accessibility.
The panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows offer beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and island views. The fireworks displays are spectacular from the balcony as well as watching boats pass by. The private, spacious balcony is equipped with an electric grill to enjoy a nice cook out with family and friends....

Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island. Portofino’s beautiful waterfront location, stunning accommodations, world-class resort amenities and customized service standards – make it a natural indulgence. No other resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico, the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The vast complimentary and discounted amenities make Portofino Island a great vacation value. In the summer months the Island Authority offers public transportation via an open air tram that is complimentary. It runs every 1/2 hour Memorial Day - Labor Day. 4:00 PM-Midnight. The best way to tour the island is to rent a bike or golf cart through our Adventures Department onsite. They are available by the hour and 1/2 day rentals. Use the resort's complimentary shuttle to spend the day at Laguna’s Beach Bar & Grill which has lots to do ~ Go Carts, Ropes Course, Splash Pad, Zip Rail and Clip & Climb structures provide all day fun! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
