Situated on eight miles of untouched white sand beaches along Pensacola Beach, Portofino Island (Tower 4-505) will spoil you in one of nature’s last unspoiled playgrounds. Here, the sand, sea and sky influence everything we do. Each of our five towers has been designed to offer you panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico or the Santa Rosa Bay while giving you all the comforts of home. The condo is located in tower 4, unit 505 and has a fully stocked kitchen with bedding and lined provided. There is a great advantage being on the 5th floor because the fifth floor is a terrace level, located right above the 4 parking garage levels. The balcony extends out further than any other balcony not located on the fifth floor, great for enjoying activities like corn hole or ladder toss! Tower 4 is located inside a gated entry, right next to the 40,000 square foot Lifestyle Center. Fantastic proximity to the fitness center, on site restaurants, spa, and 2 large infinite pools, just seconds of a walk away. Amazing scenery views as it is positioned between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico.
