Apartment is stylish and romantic, with unique decoration and furniture and a lovely balcony overwiewing the street. Cafes, restaurants and all the main archeological sites and attractions are all in walking distance and Monastiraki Metro station is 8 minutes away. Check in is very easy even in late hours with a lockbox that you can find next to the building entrance and also transfer from the airport can be arranged with a mini bus or a normal car. The apartment is very cozy and the lovely balcony has a wonderful street view in case you want to use to have your breakfast in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
