Southwinds Vacation Home is a luxury 4 bed 3.5 Bath Ocean View home which is conveniently located in East End near to many attractions, restaurants, dinning and activities and is the perfect accommodation for a large family or a group of friends wanting to vacation together while also providing more than enough space so that everyone can comfortably relax whether it’s inside or outside by the gazebo, pool, hot tub or lay in the hammock listening to the waves and enjoying the warm Caribbean sun.

With over 3,550 sq ft of interior space spanning 2 floors, the ground floor is comprised of the large kitchen, dining, bar and living area as well as the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a half bath on the ground floor in the laundry area off the kitchen.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
