A sweet home right on the golf course has everything you need. Families with or without children and golf lovers welcome. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room and a covered terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the golf course. only 5 minutes drive from the golf club and 10 minutes drive from the coast of Cala de Mijas. This beautifully furnished holiday home is located in La Cala Golf, close to many golf courses but not far from the coast. In just 10 minutes by car you are in Cala de Mijas, where there are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The house is built on 3 levels, on the entrance level there is the fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, a toilet and the beautiful terrace. On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private terrace with beautiful mountain views. The house is fully heated. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a Smart TV with international TV channels. There is also WIFI in every room. The direct access from the living room to the terrace with outdoor table and a lot of privacy makes you feel like you are in a family home. The Terrazas de La Cala Golf residential complex has a large communal pool with sun loungers. The outdoor areas are very nice and well maintained. The guest has unrestricted access to all communal facilities. We would like to offer this course especially for families, with or without children or golf lovers.
