It consists of two completely independent units (La Dimora di Euribia and Villa Euriclea), each with private access, but connected in the garden area. The recent renovation of the entire unit has given new life to one of the historic properties of Praiano: the choice of furnishings, from floors to furniture, falls on the typical colors of the Amalfi Coast, accompanied by the breathtaking views of the sea. The outdoor area of about 100 square meters is fully furnished with two living areas, comfortable sun loungers, two dining tables and a BBQ area. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Occupacy tax - Praiano (3.00 €):
- From 04/01 to 10/31: 3 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (children from 0 to 11 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
