Beautifully Appointed Townhome in Racquet Club Village
When you seek winter recreation, this three-story townhouse in Racquet Club Village provides a comfortable, convenient home base for taking in the wonders of Park City. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk from a stop for the free shuttle bus system with quick and direct service to Park City Mountain and the shops, restaurants, other ski locations, and galleries of the Main Street Historic District two miles south. You can also take it free to The Canyons, Deer Valley, and other sites throughout the Park City area by changing buses at stops along the route or via the Old Town Transit Center. The shuttle even includes racks for skis and bikes. You’ll also be just steps from the Park City Municipal Athletic and Recreation Center (with swimming, fitness, and tennis available for an additional fee), three miles north of Deer Valley Resort, and less than one mile east of Canyons Village.
One of the unique features of this home is the amount of outdoor space it provides. Enter by way of a small front deck, and enjoy a large back deck with a gas grill available year-round, abutting the Park Meadows Golf Course, which has a beautiful view of the Canyon’s Resort. Sip your morning coffee on one of the two balconies off of the two upstairs bedrooms, one with provided seating. After a day of skiing and snowboarding, come home to prepare a hearty meal using stainless steel appliances in the polished, eat-in kitchen. After dinner, snuggle up to stream movies by the gas fireplace as your snowy clothes and gear spin in the washer/dryer upstairs.
