- Please note the pasture behind the house and the garden in the back are off-limits for guests. The building to the south of the home is also off-limits; it is used by farm workers to house supplies
- Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door pointing toward the street, camera 2 is on the north side of the patio area pointing outward, camera 3 is on the west side of the patio area facing the tennis area, camera 4 is on the south side of the home facing out, camera 5 is on the outside of the home facing the circular driveway, camera 6 is outside the garage and camera 7 is inside the garage, which guests do not have access to. All cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. All cameras record video and sound 24/7
