- This single-story home requires an exterior staircase to enter
- Do not build, ignite or maintain a bonfire or outdoor fire of any kind, for any purpose, at any time (the only exception is the propane grill). This rule is strictly enforced and violation may result in legal action
- The loft in the bedroom is not accessible to guests and that house owner is held harmless for any injuries that may arise if a guest tries to climb into loft
- Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located above the driveway, facing out. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
- From November 1 to March 31, parking on city streets and alleyways is prohibited from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. The parking restriction allows the city to thoroughly plow the streets during snow events and remains in effect even if it is not snowing. This ordinance is enforced by the Flagstaff Police Department. Vehicles that are parked in violation during inclement weather will receive a ticket and could be towed
