Within miles of our home, there is rock climbing at Windy Point/Mt Lemmon, local horseback riding, cycling with bike lanes, and trails for mountain biking. This area has an abundance of hiking; from more intense trails like the Finger Rock trail and multiple trailheads within Sabino Canyon Recreation Area which is another destination for unparalleled hiking trails. You can even take the trolly to the top of Sabino Canyon and walk down. The northeast Tucson area has many outside activities, located just miles from the property.
If you've worked up a post-adventure appetite, visit downtown Tucson, Fourth Avenue, or Mercado San Agustin where you can grab a bite to eat and peruse the shops via streetcar.
