is a brand new (completed 2020) 2 bedroom 1 bath freestanding home that has
been tastefully decorated and is an inviting retreat for your group.
This property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a Master bedroom
boasting a king bed and a guest room with full over full bunk beds. The
kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and the kitchen has plenty of
counter space to prepare your favorite meal.
There is a large flat screen tv in the living area and both bedrooms also have
their own flat screens for your viewing pleasure.
The community pool area is located at the front of the complex right along
11th street which makes for great people watching. There are actually two
pools-one for small children and one for older...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
