minute drive to the beach, Galveston’s Strand District, cruise terminals and
the ferry. Pleasantly situated on a manicured corner lot with a fully fenced
backyard featuring a patio, gas grill, tables and chairs and a separately
fenced area with raised garden bed. The interior has a very spacious floorplan
featuring the 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, kitchen, three bedrooms, two
baths and a two car garage. The master suite offers a king bed, cable/ tv,
walk-in closet, master bath with a large jacuzzi-style tub and separate walk-
in shower with double shower heads and long vanity with double sinks. The
washer/dryer and an entrance to the garage is through the master bedroom

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
