community, not a resort This renovated two bedroom, two bath Condo has a queen
bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom that has walk-in shower
and large vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is located across
from the second full bathroom. The open area kitchen has gleaming wood
cabinets, smooth cook top surfaces on stove, tile floors in warm shades of
caramel which matches backsplash and lovely Corian counter tops. The living
room area is decorated in beach décor and the dining room has seating for
four. The balcony has tables and chairs for your ocean viewing pleasure.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
