will be pleasantly surprised and happy with your choice for your vacation.
This spacious condo has a large kitchen that is fully stocked so you can cook
your favorite meals. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax.
The living room is comfortable and has a large Flat Screen TV to watch your
favorite movie or sporting event. There are 2 primary bedrooms in the front
with views and balcony access. There is a King bed in one bedroom, 2 Queens in
the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom and 2 Queens in the 4th bedroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be 25 years old to book.
