- Please respect all posted private property/no trespassing signs and keep the noise to a minimum, as there are nearby neighbors
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras: 3 cameras are located at the driveway and garage facing the garage exterior and driveway, 1 camera is at the front door facing the outdoor entry, 1 camera is on the side exterior facing the backyard with a distant view of the hot tub, 1 camera is on the back deck facing the backyard, deck and back outdoor entry, and 1 camera is at the lower level door facing the outdoor entry. They do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound in 15-20 second intervals when activated by motion
