Wedgewood #413 is a 2BR/2BA condo located in the Wedgewood community of
Barefoot Resort. Located by the Norman Course, you have views of the golf
course right from the patio. This condo has been updated with new appliances
in the kitchen and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cook your
favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of seating in the
dining area and the living room is very comfortable and spacious. The Owners
are always improving the property and adding new things.
The primary bedroom has a new king bed with a 12"memory foam mattress and
there is an ensuite bathroom with new light fixtures. The 2nd bedroom has two
new twin beds and has been updated with new furniture. The 2nd bathroom is in
the hallway and has been updated with a new toilet and light fixtures. There

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
